| - So, I have to give these guys a great review. First, they always get me in fast. Second, they don't mind if I bring my Mastiff along, which is awesome, b/c there are not too many places one can bring a 120 lb dog. But this place is dog friendly, which is important to me. Third (and 4th) they are reasonably priced, and have great service. For example, the other day one of my tires was going flat. I asked if I could pop in and have them check everything, and one tire was way under pressure, indicating a leak, but I was in a hurry and just asked if they could fill it up for now and I'd come back. The mechanic who specifically worked on it came up to me and said I had probably run over a nail and it was likely to starting losing air again so to please come back when I had more time. Sure enough, much later that evening, it was going flat again. I went back the next morning, and they patched it (I was happy to hear I did not need a new tire), and when I asked what I owed them, they said nothing! So, they essentially patched the tire for free, even though it did take them some time, they had to put the car up, remove the tire, find the hole, plug it -- the whole thing. But they were fast, kind, and then refused to charge me. Now maybe that's how all auto shops SHOULD be, but let's face it, they're not. They'll usually charge for everything, and over-charge at that. But I have found these guys to be just the opposite. They have serviced every car my husband and I have owned over the years, and they are always kind and honest. I can't tell you how much we appreciate that. They even buy Girl Scout cookies from my daughter every year, and like I mentioned, they are dog-friendly so really, you can't beat that (for me!) Love Greulich's, highly recommend them!! :-)
