  • I have lived in the valley for 7 years now and can't believe last night was the first time I tried Novel ice cream. I am a crazy dessert fanatic here and I feel strongly that this place now holds the title of THE BEST ICE CREAM IN ARIZONA. It beats baked bear, it beats churn, it beats cold stone and baskin robbins etc. this place is truly a hidden gem. I am soooooo impressed and want to go back again today. The employees were amazing- great customer service! They let us try as many samples as we wanted. Tiny little shop but so cute!!! Amazing!!! I highly recommend you try this place out! It is located on a corner lot with a few other small shops. Tons of outside seating to sit and enjoy your dessert! If you are an Arizona native or traveling from out of town- this is a must try!!!!
