  • Not just for shoes or handbags! I had a sleeping bag zipper that was misbehaving (once the zipper pull hit a certain spot, the zipper teeth would not join properly) I couldn't see anything obviously wrong with the zipper or the zipper pull. After looking at the zipper, some adjustments were made to the zipper pull and the zip was back to performing normally - the adjustment/repair was made for no charge. Amazing service, super helpful, will definitely recommend and visit again.
