  • Worst customer service ever. The man working at 5:30-5:45 on june 21at 2016 is just horrible. My fiance and I were waiting to be helped we were standing behind a woman and her 11 maybe 12 year old daughter. Who was the same small stature as her mother. Mike and I came in with a box the guy seen us but didn't say anything while he was still looking for the other woman's boxes I could hear a few things since the fiance and I would talk here a there I heard her say they're big boxes about 60lbs each there were 2 when he did find them by this time it was 5:40. Another man came from outside to inform us that if we were sending boxes they were done and had to come back tomorrow. Now he's sends this woman who with 120lbs worth of boxes out to her car by herself. My fiance helped her to her car. I will be going back to make a formal complaint. I tried when I was there But he acted like he couldn't get a hold of his supervisor.
