The customer service is horrible the manager Delencia Harris is rude unprofessional and a disgrace to the holiday inn name I am almost 40 years old and do not appreciate being talked to like a child she needs to take a customer service coarse. I asked and was told I could park my vehicle in a certain area of the lot but they still had my vehicle towed even though I was a paying customer and the only answer Delencia gave me was if I want my car go pay for it. Then proceeded to yell and would not give me any information about the girls who worked the day before she just said if I didn't get a name it was my problem Then proceeded to ignore me and take other patrons. I was also double charged for the room but that was taken care of by the other woman at the desk which I wish I knew her name cause she was very nice, I remember I started with an I , but Delencia Harris has no business being a manager.
