  • So my car was making a noise and I took it in to Bay's. They are close to my house and I had recently met Tony at a block watch meeting and I know they are working to improve their facility and care about the community so I wanted to support them. Well of course the car didn't make the noise when they had it and they ran some diagnostic tests and said that all checked out fine. Now they knew I thought I needed a new starter and they could have easily said it did and charged me but they were honest! I will be back. Dean took great care of me and was friendly and professional. Thanks Bay's
