  • Worst shellac manicure ever! I've been getting my nails done ever since I was a little girl and have been getting shellac manicures ever since they came out so I know what they are and how long they last. Got a shellac manicure here and it started chipping three days later. Then when I called to see about getting it fixed, the lady said to come in on a certain day and they would fix it. I came in on said day and was rudely told to take a number. After waiting for a little while I politely asked one of the ladies how much longer because I wanted to either get my shellac fixed or just get a refund or gift certificate. She told me they would offer me nothing except a touch up which I would have to wait another full hour for. These women are incompetent and their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone and I will never be coming here again.
