Personnel were very nice and gave some good advice when dealing with the other insurance company but after repairs done after accident, I had to take my SUV back due to constant vibrating noise. They found the problem right away and fixed it. Why didn't they notice it before they gave me back my car? It was an obvious noise and if they drove the car they would have heard it. What disturbed me most was after my vehicle was finished with repairs, they "found" a deep scratch on the hatchback door that they tried to submit to the insurance company after all the costs had already been submitted and approved. Insurance denied it saying the location of scratch wasn't consistent with the accident and other damage and the scratch was not in the accident photos. The deep dotted scratch looks like it was done by a tool so I don't think it was part of the accident either. I think someone at the shop did it. The shop should have admitted it and fixed it but they didn't so I have my car back and I have a nice scratch on the hatchback door as a souvenir from the body shop.
