  • Went here yesterday because my normal nail tech was unavailable, it was close to home and I really had to get my nails done. I went in for an acyrlic fill and the guy who did my nails, 'Steve', filed a thumbnail and one fingernail quite crooked at the tips. I mentioned this to him and he said my fingers must be uneven. ??? That's news to me, pal. Also, he made two of my cuticles bleed from being way too aggressive with the nail file. Apologize? Nope. He actually acted like it hadn't even happened until he went to go paint my nails and attempted to dab at them with cotton, which at that point I told him I was done. I paid for the service sans gratuity and vowed to NEVER return. P.S. While I was at the wall picking out a polish, a female employee came out from the back and rudely asked what I wanted. I should have just left then.
