Crudo is one of my favorite spots in the valley and to some, a hidden gem. I've been here several times and never disappointed in the service or amazing food.
My last experience Jeff was the bar tender and he was the man. Super accommodating, friendly, shook my hand (and other customers hands and introduced himself), checked up periodically but wasn't annoying, and overall genuineness to his delivery of service.
Chef as always does a phenomenal job with food. Went for HH and had the pigs ears (a must try), smokey olives, and it was Wednesday and got the polenta. It came with an arugula salad and the polenta had a bolognese braised brisket on top that was absolutely killer.
They probably have one of the best and classiest happy hour in town. Meaning the food and drink options are on point and will still leave you full. The ambience is almost like a speak easy but more vibrant and again I can't say enough about the execution of food that is provided.
This is a great place for a group of friends or to take a date or even go by yourself and post up at the bar. It is a gem in the valley and if you haven't been, it's time to go. You won't ever get bad service here, they are top notch all day long.
