  • Beware!!!! We are very unhappy customers;( Our mortgage bank specialist was Justin Parker. We reached out to him & trusted him with our financial needs. He continuously mislead us without us knowing and never met our upfront needs. He made promises he never kept. We truly are hurt and @ a loss with our closing of our loan. Quicken loans has NOT met their 100% customer satisfaction with us nor our financial needs! We were very unhappy with the total outcome. Thank you for screwing us!!!No REFERRAL here Justin Parker Scottsdale location or Bob Litherman at head quarters!!!!! :(
