  • Will NEVER recommend or attempt business again with this unprofessional, rude, and for lack of a better word, DISGUSTING place again!!! I went to this shop after purchasing a cupcake deal on Groupon and was so rudely turned away for requesting NOTHING MORE than what the Groupon was offering. The Groupon specifically stated 'Preorders required 48 hrs in advance, and subject to availability...Same-day orders may be picked up at the bakery for flavors of the day only. All cupcakes must be same flavor OR variety pack from flavors of the day. Excludes special orders.'.... SO upon my visit, I spoke w the front cashier to ask to place a pre-order for 12 cupcakes, same flavor, but asked if the frosting could be of a certain color and if not what color would be acceptable using the offer..the girl asked me to wait while she checked and came bk to the front with who Im assuming was the shop owner. This womans immediate response was that this deal was not for special orders and Only flavors of the day for same day pick up..she then said thts what the terms state. So i kindly asked to step aside while I pulled up my Grpn to re read the terms. After doing so, I walked back over and re read what the terms indicated and stated it did NOT say I couldnt pre order something of the same flavor at which point the woman said "well its not supposed to say that and you can ask Groupon for your money back." Absolutely no effort was put forward to honor what Id purchased and wht the terms sttd. I commented that that was not at all the type of customer service id expect from such a business and that it was completely unacceptable on her part. And to top it off, her reply was '"Oh because im not giving you what you asked for?" Like WHOAH and WOW is all i could say! What kind of a good business owner is so completely rude and disgusting to talk to a prospective customer like that? I was appalled! This woman and her business will NEVER receive my good feedback nor my money(refund rqst granted)! And Ill be sure to pass the word of this crap of a business to everyone I know! Karmas a b*tch!
