  • Ordered 18" bike for my 5 year on Toys r us website. Online status says available to pick up in 1 hour. But when I arrived at store I was told that the item is out of stock. my order cancelled by store manager!! Never going back to this store. They need employees who can proactively update store inventory to the website so that customers can select the right store to order and pick up items.
