  • I called two weeks in advanced to get my dog a groom and bath. Of course two weeks had passed, I called to check what time is my dog's appointment. The grooming service told me, is this only for a bath? I told him, "No. It's a groom, bath and nail trim." The guy said, "we don't have a groomer. They no longer work here." Then why would I call to book an appointment. NO ONE told me that there was no groomer when I called two weeks ago! AND no one call a day ahead for my dog's booking! I only come here because it's close by home. My dog is long over due for a hair cut and bath. I'm never booking with this place again.
