I like the Paris Hotel and Casino a lot. Unfortunately for the Paris, this is the casino where I won the most money in a casino in my life. A evening with five figure winning. But don't worry by the end of the evening they got most of it back. I did this playing my favorite game, Blackjack. I still came out with a chunk of change however.
There are many things to like about the Paris. First and foremost inside the Paris is the Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse. This is the absolute best restaurant experience we have ever had. One of my favorite little bars Le Central is also in the Paris. Le Central is just off the gaming floor and a short distance from Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse. It's the perfect place to have a drink before a nice dinner at Gordon Ramsay's.
The Paris is owned by Caesars and opened on September 1st 1999. It has 2,916 rooms and a nice sized gaming floor of almost 100,000 square feet and has a link to the Las Vegas Monorail. It has several nice high end shops as well. The theme is of course French. But has been changing a little over the years. My last trip there was in November 2017 and the place has been kept up very well.
It has a nice pool but not one of the better in Las Vegas. It's hard to beat the pools at the Mandalay Bay, the Golden Nugget or at the Encore. But it's ok.
I've only stayed at the Paris once and it was a nice stay. Friendly people, nice atmosphere. Clean, comfortable rooms. The prices vary depending on the time you want to go but are reasonable. This was nice when it opened and is still nice today. Nice.
