  • Exceptional service!! This is our second vehicle purchased through the Henderson Carmax and for good reason. Our Senior Sales Consultant Jason Westfall walked us through the entire car buying experience via text and email and told us exactly what to expect as far as credit decision and picking the right vehicle. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, Jason had taken it upon himself to go above and beyond to have a few vehicles moved from other Carmax dealerships in town specifically for us to view which was greatly appreciated! Jason helped us find the car we wanted and that fit within our budget. Jason made sure that the paperwork process was seamless and transparent with no questions left unanswered. He was very adamant about making sure we did not have anymore questions and gave us his business card to contact him if a question should arise. Jason also made sure we chose the right Carmax extended warranty based on our mileage. As if we weren't already thrilled with our car buying experience, Jason took it a step further! My friend had stated this was her first vehicle purchase on her own with no co-signer and was very excited. Jason had snuck out of the business office while we were signing documents to make sure her new car was delivery ready and had went out of his way to put a Carmax bow on the hood to surprise her! When he came to get us, he pulled me aside to let me in on the surprise. We then followed her out to the delivery area and when she saw the bow she was ecstatic!! Well done sir! We will definitely continue to be returning customers and would fully recommend Carmax Henderson without reservation!
