  • A little off the beaten path in Summerlin, but well worth seeking it out for authentic bayou food. Catfish, shrimp, crawdads, mussels among other Louisiana delectables with a choice of down home sides are the mainstays here, prepared most any way you like it. For real authenticity try the bronzed catfish with grits and andouille sausage -- my favorite. You won't go wrong with any of their menu specialties.
