  • Do not bring anything you care about here. For $75, they did me the courtesy of destroying part of my mother's wedding dress, which I was planning on wearing to my wedding. Not only did they not clean the velvet dress itself (not even steam, it still had the original wrinkles), but they managed to heat clean the rabbit fur trimmed cape, even after I explicitly told them to either remove the rabbit trim or let me remove it prior to cleaning (they, of course, assured me they would do it). This incompetent move cooked the rabbit trim, causing it to shrink and the cape to bunch. They managed to ruin a 50 year old family treasure. Believe me, or at least my Yelp stats, I hate giving a one star review. But this place is a rip off.
