  • Have to admit this location is great but the hotel lacks the Marriott brand in customer service. Typically am upgraded and am given free bottled water but neither was given. Guess I am spoiled by the service provided in Marriott's other locations. Also found the floors in lobby dirty and rooms very average. This is Phoenix after all and nothing screamed southwest at all. Would I return? Yes as the location is ideal to the airport. 1/31/17
