  • Will never go back to this location. I was a new client to EOS and had the worst experience. The guy that signed me up and my personal trainer were the only two people that seemed to know what they were doing. I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to an unexpected move and the communication never went up to the manager. My account went to collections because my phone calls were never given to the appropriate person, and I still months later have not received a phone call back in regards to this matter. The manager is never available and the staff just always seems to be clueless.
