| - One of the Worst experiences I've had in any one place!!! I went to get a Smog check, and the guy was Rude, Inhumane and Inconsiderate to the max! Since they do Auto work, like oil changes etc. like any other Auto repair place, to do a Smog check they get under your hood and check your oil, and other things because it already happened to me once at Purrrfect Auto. First he demanded I get out of his way and go wait in the lobby. So I proceeded to tell him if I could stay by my car and he said no, to go wait in the lobby! I told him that I have to stay by my car and he said, "Okay, but keep out of my way!" Omg, Amazing little attitude, for such a simple procedure! Anyways...I then stood away from him, but still close to my car underneath the the garage roof because the sun was scorching, and I get Heat Stroke, plus I had barely had a bite to eat as late as it was.....when he noticed where I was standing he told me to stand (outside) under the hot sun....which I did for like 10 minutes, because he had said the system would take 10 minutes to "Calibrate"....omg! That was a lie, he had it in for me....Obviously!! Just because I didn't want him under my hood and to be fooling around in my front end.....First of all, these people don't ask permission to be touching in your front end in the first place. They just do it.....Well, meanwhile I'm waiting under the sun beaming hot and he's talking on his cell phone. So when finally comes over to start the check he proceeds to open my hood I said, "Why are you opening my hood?" He said, "You know, lady you can leave!" I said, "Oh, I sure will" I asked him for my keys and he said, "I don't have your keys!"....I said, "You sure as hell do" he said, "Oh, I'm sorry" and he hands them to me.....Thank God, I went to a Jiffy Smog down the road and the guy was just totally the opposite. I asked him if I could sit on my passenger side...and he said, "Sure, you can.. I'll be finished in a minute" Amazing difference as anything I've ever seen!!! He only looked under my hood, and did not touch anything.....he said he was just checking for any modifications. I do not recomend this place for anyone. Go to the Jiffy Smog on Jones crossing Charleston. Very sweet guy, quiet, professional and fast. Oh and by the way, the system the other guy said takes 10 minutes to calibrate he told me that's not true. Plus they leave it turned on all day. That's only in the morning when they first turn it on and doesnt even take 5 minutes?
