  • We came to the Phoenix area to watch our Chargers play the Cards and the hotel provided a group rate for us. They also gave us free drinks! The hotel location seems awkward because it down a sketchy street with lots of construction going around. From the outside, I thought this place was going to be a dump. It is just nothing special outside, has limited covered parking, and no valet. The layout is a little weird and the lobby is on the second floor. Check in was a breeze! The gentleman was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Our room was a nice surprise. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint or suggestion is that it lacked a small refrigerator which is almost standard anywhere else. The hotel rate was reasonable for the quality. There is a mall and a small strip of "nightlife" 1-3 blocks over which makes this a good location for a hotel. If you are older or sensitive to noise then you will not be happy here. Overall, I had a great stay! They were very accommodating, especially since we ended up needing another night. I would definitely stay here again. Go Bolts!
