  • The last time I stayed here in February it was the off season and the service was horrible. I was treated rudely by the customer service and had trouble checking in, it took me an hour and a half to check in for a reserved room because their systems wouldn't recognize a change in name for the room, it showed up for the hotel corporate system but the delay between the front desk receiving the official name in the computer was an hour and a half. No one would allow us to enter a room we paid for because their computers were slow, even if we had the corporate people on the phone ready to talk to the front desk.
