I bought my 2013 Dodge Dart brand new in Jan 2014 since. I was ecstatic that I just purchased my very first brand new vehicle. My experience has been disappointing from the start. I've taken my car in 3-4 times for problems with the touch screen dash malfunctioning. They kept doing "status updates" but never bothered to look into ordering a new unit. White smoke has been blowing out my air vents and threw the hood with a smell of burning rubber while the car idles. When I took the car in they claimed nothing was wrong and they did a "software update" on the AC (like its a damn iPhone). I've since then taken my car to the Bill Luke service dept. who are ordering and installing a new dash and usb unit. And informed me that there is a oil leak somewhere which is causing the smoke, LARRY MILLER HAS BEEN THE ONLY SERVICE CENTER TO PERFORM OIL CHANGES ON MY CAR! I believe they took advantage because I'm a woman so they think I know nothing about cars. I also believe they didn't want to foot the bill since the car is still under warranty. I will be calling the Dodge 800# the new service man gave me to file my complaints with them, and also filling complaints with the customer affairs dept, and the attorney general.
