  • Talk about going above and beyond! My wife and I were traveling and stayed at hotel Del Sol where we forgot a sentimental item. We were already halfway back home to California by the time we realized it, so we contacted this UPS and asked what our options were, as far as having the forgotten item shipped to us. The manager Oscar Moreno offered to PERSONALLY drive to the hotel and package the item himself, he even offered to send us a picture of the item to make sure it was the right one!! We were over the moon that Oscar made it so easy for us to get our item back! Thank you so much UPS and staff! Best experience with UPS by far!!!
