  • Not only was the cashier not knowledgeable, but she told me I wasn't able to have smear on an egg/cheese sandwich on a six cheese bagel. I ALWAYS ORDER THIS SAME BAGEL SANDWICH - egg & cheese w/ avocado and plain smear. THEN, to top it off, one of the women preparing the orders bypassed my food that I saw already toasted, sitting there & getting cold SEVEN times. I waited 17 minutes for a bagel sandwich and received not one apology. SO DISGUSTED.
