WOW what a frustrating experience. First things first, my husband brought in his jeep due too the AC not working and it kept over heating.
DAY 1: I made an appointment the night before for 7:30AM. I come with my husband we drop the car off and they told us they would call us between 10-11. We never get a call. So at this point it's already 2:30PM we decided to go back too see how it was going and guess what? THE CAR IS IN THE SAME SPOT WHERE WE LEFT IT AT. They haven't even looked at it to quote us or anything which was annoying but whatever. My husband went inside too see why it hasn't been checked out or anything and they didn't tell him a reason; that it was next too be seen so we just left it as that. They told us that the serpentine-belt & water pump needed to be replaced. So we agreed to letting them do the repairs and it would be ready by the next morning. (quote :$520)
DAY 2: NO CALL. We go again too see what is going on and the guy who was at the service counter couldn't tell us anything. He claimed that nobody tells him anything that he just started his shift. Again, annoying. He looked up our account and apparently somebody had a part ordered for the jeep which we were never informed about. So nobody called us too let us know are car wouldn't be ready and that they ordered a part with out discussing the cost and what the freaking part was for our car!!! At this point I'm ready just too take the car and go cause really NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL and our balance was up too $756 WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION OF THE PART BEING ORDERED. The man reassured us that that MIGHT not be the finalized balance that they will give us a call tomorrow to discuss the price and everything and all the bs because the man working on the car had already left home.. He told us the part that they ordered was for the car too stop over heating. Whatever I'm over it but we needed the AC to be fixed before it gets hotter out here in Vegas. (Again balance is at $756 without discussing with us)
DAY 3: They once again never called so my husband called and informed us what they were gonna do and the price and everything so still the balance is at 756. Later we get a call FINALLY from pep boys informing us too come get the car that it's all fixed! Of course it was to good too be true. on our way too pep boys we get a phone call again telling us our car is still over heating and that they need to order another part. HA. our bill spiked up too 1100. I just didn't understand how it was missed the first time. All the items they charged us for didn't fix the problem like AHHHHHHHH COME ON. So at this point we just agreed to get it done but i was determined the next day to make sure we were NOT going too pay for that price because this rollercoaster of an experience was SH*T.
Day 4: We get too pick up the car! At the service counter was a young lady, and bless her heart for EVERYTHING. She answered all our questions, she showed us our new parts that were put in the the jeep, she gave us our old parts back, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. I wanted to discuss our bill and I told her how our bill kept spiking up with out our permission, how our quote was originally $520 and how there was ono communication between the mechanics and us. So she called her manager asking about the jeep liberty and he said he knew NOTHING about what was going on with our car. He said he would waive the price too 825 and yeah still not happy. She then told me she was going to look on who authorized everything to see if we could get our original price back. As she looks up the account she sees so much other stuff on their and different mechanics working on our car. She calls one of them too see what is up , and he doesn't know anything. I felt bad for jessica. She really did everything she could to figure out why their was no communication with us and was really trying to get our original price back. But literally no luck. To be honest, it was like her manager just left her too do his job. We settled with the 825 because yeah probably will never come back.
ALL IN ALL this place really sucked. No communication at all with us or with their employees. It was unbelievably sketchy and probably the worst experience Ive had at auto repair company. I would NOT give this place any stars at ALL but thanks too jessica giving us the most help out of the 4 days of not knowing anything. Jessica saved the day and we were so appreciative of her. Everyone else sucked. Thank you jessica again! Im sorry the manager made you do his job. You rule and deserve way better.
DO NOT COME HERE. IF YOU DO GO TO JESSICA.
