  • Put my shirts in for laundry and press because I have a job interview. Get the shirts back and they were all wrinkled. I understand that I had ring around the collar. Was hoping that they could get it out. Got the "We're sorry but we tried." They couldn't. I went and got another shirt. Was willing to pay for that 1 to be pressed but I wanted the refund on the other 2 shirts then. They wouldn't do it. Supposedly I talked to the owner. She obviously couldn't give two shits. Then gave me a snide "Have a great weekend" as I was walking out the door as she probably expected me to say thank you for getting screwed over. I'll be taking my business elsewhere which is a shame because I have gotten good looking work from them before.
