I'm always a bit disappointed with the service at Macy's. One day the dressing room was a TOTAL mess, to the point that I felt like I should probably point it out to someone. I couldn't even get into two of the rooms, not because the stalls were occupied, but because there were so many clothes on the floor that you couldn't move the door. When I told the woman at the register about the chaotic fitting room situation, she was completely exasperated and told me she was the ONLY PERSON working in the clothing section that day. Really? How does that even happen at a major retailer like Macy's? Hey, if you need to hire more people, there are plenty of unemployed people in this city who'd be willing to help. Don't penalize your customers.
The sales can be really incredible at Macy's. That's why I keep going back. That's the ONLY REASON I keep going back. The service is terrible at this location.
