  • If you ever have any air conditioner problems, PLEASE DO NOT call this place. They give you a time window for an appointment and they never show up. Had two appointments scheduled with them. One on JUne 16th where the tech "was running behind" several hours and I had to go to work. The second appointment was today on July 2nd. They gave me a time window between 10am-12pm. It's 8:31pm and they are still NOT HERE. I called them at least 10 times and all I kept getting was "I promise they will be there. They are just running behind". How unprofessionAl. What a joke. I lost all my day waiting at home for them.
