  • Spent three and a half hours in this place..Only took an hour for the service.....the rest of the time was trying to fix their stupid rewards program ..THIS IS WHERE I BOUGHT MY CAR...... I ended up paying the full price after being on the phone calling people in the "program" who did NOTHING.....Talked to numerous people and finally went to a sales guy.....he had someone call me.....that person never ONCE said....gosh....we are sorry or ANYTHING! I called the number he gave me and the people had NO IDEA what he was talking about. I was going next month to trade my 2016 in for a new car....NOT NOW!!! Horrible run a round service. Usually they were good but this was a JOKE! I would have waited until I was in Cali to get the tires rotated and the oil changed....BUT I WANTED TO USE MY POINTS.........I would consider if you want one of these cars to go to Findlay.
