The kind of repair facility you need in your life.
They don't bullsh*t you and they give you realistic options for repairs. Even better, they are smart and know how to think outside of the box when it comes to your repair needs. For example, I have a flex fuel sensor that is bad on my truck, however my truck not even a flex fuel vehicle (it was a feature added in later models). The bad sensor is causing the Check Engine light to be on even though my vehicle runs perfectly fine without the sensor. So why not just replace the sensor? Because its $873 for the part alone and totally unnecessary for my vehicle. So how do I to get the Check Engine light off for my emission renewal this year? Well Crawford's had a plan for that and it was half the cost of the traditional repair. Big win in my book.
Plus there is the added bonus that as a female I can walk into a car shop and feel like I am being treated right. That's been my pet peeve at a lot of other places. I grew up around cars and my dad is a service manager back home. I know a thing or two, so not being jerked around the moment I walk in the door as a female is all good.
Thank you Crawford's...for doing auto repair right.
