rev:text	I called because of the $55. off your bill coupon and because they are right down the street.. The man who answered said the repair guys would be here between 12:-2:. I cancelled my appointments to be here. At 3:00 I phoned the company to ask what was the problem. He said service guys were in Fountain Hills but would stop by around 3:00 on their way back. Guys showed up at 4: and diagnosed the problem was my spring that needed to be replaced, this and that wrong with the opener ( a 3 year old Genie). I already knew that was not the problem and said , never mind I 'll call some one else. Guy says that'll be $55. I say I have coupon for $55 and they had wasted my day. Guy says that charge stands as they came and diagnosed the problem. I said MISS diagnosed, they were there 5 minutes and I was on the way back from Fountain Hills. He still insists on $55. I call Travis the boss and explain, he asks to speak to Rob, bla bla. Rob still wants money..I say good by. Precision is a US wide company who doesn't care if they see a customer one time, they'll charge the most they can on that one visit. I then checked Yelp which I should have done in the first place, and found -Garage Doors 4 Less. Spoke to owner Adrian, the owner, who said Brian could come at 9:30 am next day. Adrian called to confirm appoint at 8:00am, Brian called at 9:00 am to say he was on his way, he was here at 9:30am and found the problem was the sensors. He wrote a detailed Service Call Description, adjusted a few things and BAM! everything works perfectly. Garage Doors 4Less are the guys to call. Wish there was something less than 0.
