| - Just got back from a road trip and my brand new car needed a wash. Was in the area and despite not so great reviews I decided to go, I wasn't gonna get suckered into an unlimited plan. First impression wasn't that stellar, service advisor wasn't friendly or inviting, didn't offer any specials nor did he explain what I was getting. Yeah, ok, I can read, so no big deal....I went with the $15.95 Super Dooper wash. I watched them vacuum the inside and they never took the mats out (big pet peeve of mine if they don't) or spent much time in the back. The trunk wasn't even opened. It being a new car it was fairly clean on the inside to begin with but had it not been I would've made an issue out of it! I didn't like how they drove my car off somewhat aggressive either. That was the quickest car wash ever and I wonder if it was just sprayed off with plain water. The detail job didn't take much longer. The entire process from beginning to end took about 10 min. Upon further inspection I conclude it was a half ass job at best. Still saw some remnants of bug carcass on the windshield along with lint. Water spots on the mirrors. The car overall was not completely dry, the dressing on the tires was uneven and barely shiny and there was definitely no air freshener used but I always have plenty of my own but still, it was part of the package. Overall most definitely NOT worth the 16 bucks plus tip! Both of my seats were moved! Why both??? Another pet peeve of mine, don't effing move my seats, how hard is it to drive it like it is for a few feet?! I know better than to leave behind valuables, not even as much as a phone charger and my glove box is locked! A couple of kids would've done a better job than this, needless to say; I won't be back.
