  • I have been to this nail place several times... I guess i keep giving them a chance because í live so close. But this is it... I weent in today to get my nails fixed. I went in this passed Thursday and asked for gel on my natural nail. I wanted to keep the length. The guy that sits all the way to the back o think Erik took the previos gel off with the electric file. He filed my nails down to thin. The left my nails all crooked at the cutical it looked a mess. I told the owner she said come back so he can fix it. I could that same day u had to work. I went in today and they told me to give him a chance again this is twice in less than 1 week. I said no iv have gotten him before and he half butted my nails as well.. I dont want to deal with him. So this sit me with this other lady and she asked me what do o want her to do. So i tell her fix my nails. My nails broke off because erik filed them too thin. I had like 4 nails that didnt brake i told her i want them that length and she said ok. And startes ranting in Vietnamis to her co-worker. Then leaves comes back smelling like cigarette which was disgusting. Then she proceeds to doing my nails and speaking to her co. worker the whole time. She did a nail extention that looks horrible. I never complain about anything, in less than 1 week i have paid 47 dls for a messed up job never again will i go here. They are rude they try to finish the job fast make money but they are only running customers away. Im a barber i know customer service and they don't have it!!!!
