I went here because it is close to the house. I got a room one night so I did not have to drive home. I got a comp for a room, by the pit boss, because I gambled on the tables. All was great until the next day after checkout. I called for a late checkout that I did not need in the end. I even called down to the front desk and informed them of my check out. I got a weird feeling so I also went to the front desk, in person, to confirm my checkout. The lady at the desk seemed off and even almost fell when I asked her for a receipt. She was disoriented so I did not want to wait for her to comprehend what I was asking for, Later that evening I got a text informing me of my account getting withdraws. I was charged for an additional day for no reason. When I called to get it corrected my account was charged again. The banks were closed on the weekends so it was 3 days of waiting to get the charges fixed. I was treated as if I was to blame for the extra day and no one wanted to believe me. I wanted to talk to the corporate manager of the casino and it does not exist. I only got the front desk managers with no other options. Finally someone knew that the front desk clerk was in an accident, the day I received her help, and finally apologized for her actions. It was still hurtful to be accused for their mistakes. The movies there are fantastic. Bring a snuggy because sometimes it gets cold in the theater.
