  • CONS: --The website says airport shuttle is 24 hours, and when I made the reservation on the phone the person I spoke to verified this to me. NOT TRUE. The shuttles are only at the top of the hour (once an hour) and only between 4am-midnight. AND - the shuttles are not owned or operated by the motel, they are run by a local long-term parking lot and their customers are given priority. I was on the shuttle forEVER while customers of the parking lot were taken all over the place - even thought I was the first person on the shuttle!! This inconvenience alone cost then two stars. So - given that this is an "airport hotel" they sure have crap airport transportation --Reserved a room- ground floor. It was not ground floor. As I am handicapped I insisted on a ground room floor and DID get one- but it should have been taken care of when I made the reservation (via phone). --There is NOTHING nearby for food/drinks so be prepared for that if you don't have a vehicle. --Art on the walls- two identical (cheap & awful) pictures! Did they not notice the pictures were identical?? rofl PROS: Room is clean and spacious. Free wifi Scary part of town - but the parking lot has cameras and I felt safe.
