  • No one looks forward to repairing one of our expensive and crutial appliances like your washing machine. So you can imagine my dismay when I came home from a long night at work to a flooded hallway and my brand new washer flashing letting me know something was screwed up. I'm a single mom and I'm absolutely dependent on this appliance. Just to give u a little perspective, with 3 kids the washer is about as important in my life as my coffee every morning because without it nothings getting done. I pulled out my phone and went to Google and looked up washer repair in LasVegas. After scrolling down the page a bit, past all the expensive big wig companies I found Sun City appliance repair. Someone answered my call promptly, and asked about my problem. After explaining my dalema the person took down my info and quoted me a wait time of thirty minutes for their technician to get to me which I thought was fabulous. He explained their service fee which I later came to realize is quite reasonable in comparison to most repair companies. Within 15 minutes a guy arrived, this I found remarkable especially because it was already 9pm when I called. They normally close at 8 but no one ever mentioned their hours either. They really made me feel comfortable like my families needs were their only priority. The technician walked over to my washer for what seemed like thirty seconds and then was finished already. Letting me know that I had a loose hose and that everything was in perfect working order. Then he just left. He refused to take any form of payment not even the service fee I'd been quoted, and was out s fast as he arrived. I love doing business with real people that still know the value of integrity. After calling 3 other repair companies the next day I got price quotes from $180 all the way to $310 just to fix a loose hose that they handled for me for free. This blew my hair back and made me even more impressed with this place and the way they're running their business. They could have easily ripped me off or rightfully collected a service fee but they didn't because it was the right thing to do. And that's why of course I'll recommend them to anyone I know in need of an appliance being fixed. Speedy honest service at a below market rate, nice to know this still exists these days.
