  • Our party of four arrived for a 6pm reservation on Friday night. We ordered promptly and sipped our drinks, catching up with each other. After 90 minutes the hostess appeared to tell us the kitchen had "had an issue" with our order and it would be out in 5-7 minutes. She offered us a free glass of wine, which we accepted. The food eventually showed up 30 minutes later, a full 2 hours after we had arrived. It was very good. Our server finally admitted he had lost our order. I feel they should have offered us more than just a free glass of wine after waiting that long.
