  • Office personnel never pick up the phone. No matter what time of day you call there will always be a message saying there is a heavy volume of calls and you have to leave a message no matter what dept. you need to reach. Very frustrating when it's important to get in touch with someone. When you leave a message you frequently don't hear from someone the same day even if you call in the morning.
