| - This place is fine if only functioning as a clinic. If you're looking for a true primary care physician, you're better off going just about anywhere else than here.
My doctor moved over to this clinic back in February and by May he was out. To be honest, I can't blame him. I had issues with refilling meds and wait times, but I loved my doctor, had been with him for over 10 years so I was willing to let it go. Then after he left, I'd set up an appointment with someone else, turns out they were leaving too. In the last few months, I'm not exagerating when I say that nearly a dozen doctors have left this facility, so your chances of finding a doctor that will be there in the next few months is pretty slim. As such, it's August, I still have no primary care physician. I took a voluntary health assessment through my work and am supposed to forward those on to my PCP, but don't have one. I had an appointment with another doctor here, but I screwed up and missed the appointment. When I called to reschedule, the person I talked to asked what I needed to reschedule for. I explained to her that I have been without a primary care physician for a few months now and had a few things I wanted to go over with one of the Doctors as well as get a prescription refill. The scheduler literally said to me "Our doctors don't do meet and greets so if that's all you're looking for, you don't need an appointment". Excuse me, Could you be anymore rude? I've scheduled multiple well-check exams for my son for the exact same reasons I was looking to schedule one and have *never* had my request so disrespectully dismissed. I take health care seriously, and don't really switch doctors so that I have a trusting relationship with them, but evidently this isn't this type of doctor-patient relationship they're looking to provide. If you prefer a revolving-door atmosphere in regards to your health, then this place is right up your alley. But if you're like me and prefer a more personalized approach where you're recognized as a human being then don't waste your time.
