  • This was my first visit to Kens. They are fair in their pricing, and don't create a laundry list of repairs. Silas provided great customer service. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to go one extra time to complete the repair. With that said, the process was great, they took ownership of the issues, explained what happened and were very professional. I will use them again, and I would refer them to my family. It is tough to find people who do what they say they'll do and don't try to take advantage of you.
