| - This place is very good. Ambiance is wonderful, they have a great diversity of dishes and everything is done nicely. I am basically a pho-ologist, so that is what I will review. They definitely have one of the best broths if not the best I've tasted in the valley. Saigon Nites, Pho Thanh and Angelina's Pho and grill all are close in the broth category, but I thing this may be the cleanest richest one. The meat is also very fresh, and their meatballs are easily the best. They almost taste homemade and are tender. Usually this is where most bowls of Pho fail easily, with hard nervy meatballs. The drawbacks would be, they overcook their noodles before they put them in the broth, so they fall apart easily. This could easily be fixed. Also the bowl for the large size could be bigger (roomier), allowing the noodles more room, so they don't soften so much from the intense heat. Finally they are stingy with the herbs and you have to ask for the straight fish sauce. So that is why their pho isn't the best, but rather a tie with those other places. For different reasons. Happy pho day!!
