Summary: DONT catch them on the wrong day, Customer service really sucks in person! I was appalled by the tone and way this artist/front staff was talking to me. I had to walk out of that place, never to return again! I wouldnt name them, despite the temptation, i am sure i caught them on the wrong day, where this particular lady was having a real shit day. It is however, unforgiving, you shouldnt be at the front if you are going to be particularly Bitchy that day. Check your attitude at the door, save us the time.
Reccomendation: Take off the Wednesday special discounts for all smiles because you dont follow "the happy" routine while greeting customers. Leave your problems at home, Have a phenomenal and proffessional employees for Front staff, cleary its not everyone' cup of tea and train staff to prioritize customer service if they want their loyal customers to STAY with them!
