I normally don't post something like this but Jackson's Car Wash customer service at the Corporate level has been horrible to me. I have some old Danny's Car Wash Gift Cards and I tried to use them at Jackson's since they purchased Danny's. The location I went to would not take them so I was referred to call Matt at Corporate. I called immediately and it took Matt over a week to call me back. Then after playing phone tag for several more weeks, I finally got Matt on the phone again and he said he would call be back within a week with some sort of resolution. It's been over 3 weeks now and I've called Matt several times and left voicemails and still no call back! There customer service is a joke and I am going to take my cash wash business somewhere else and tell my friends and family to do the same. ~ A disappointed customer
