I had a disposable camera that I wanted to develop. I came here because I read about it on Reddit: (http://www.reddit.com/r/toronto/comments/2wd2kd/develop_film/)
I thought that it's supposed to be cheap, since it's only got one dollar sign beside it.
I went to the place. I asked how much it is to develop a disposable camera. The staff told me that it would be $25. I asked if it was for one-hour service. The staff told me that it's for a week. I thanked her, and left.
I went to the Annex Photo, where I usually develop disposable camera photos. It was a bit more than $9 for three-day service.
Maybe Rapid Photo is cheap for passport photos (I have no idea), but definitely not for disposable camera photos.
