  • This company is a complete skam, nothing is free! The taxes they charge are so exorbitant it's ridiculous. The taxes you pay on a 2 star roach motel is the equivalent of what you would pay to stay in a four star decent hotel. After 3 months of planning our theme park get away and spending over $300 in supposed taxes we were given a two night stay at it a economy extended stay which was supposed to be an upgrade to a 2 and a 1/2 star. The location refused to clean the rooms and called us after 1 night stay in the middle of our park adventure forcing us to leave early and then come back and pay an additional $125 to get our belongings. After ruining our family vacation the only recourse the manager gave me after several Emails was a refund of the additional money we had to pay the hotel nothing additional this company is a complete scam and should be shut down! Sapphire resorts is a complete scam!!!!! When what they're telling you seems too good to be true it is because they're lying and its a scam! If I could go back five months ago and never go to that sapphire timeshare meeting I would have saved myself thousands of dollars
