  • Apple experts - Dependable service Our iMac suddenly went kaput with the white screen of death, so I went into a slight panic. A high school buddy recommended us to iTechnique, as did the Eaton Centre Apple store (after they did an initial diagnosis, but advised that they weren't able to do any repairs on-site due to renovations). Unlike the uneasy vibes my husband got at Geek Squad, Brad at iTechnique gave me the confidence that he could actually fix it. He easily replaced the hard drive, but faced a major challenge of locating our old files specifically our old photos and documents. The process took a while, but luckily ended with good news. Rates were very reasonable, Brad seems genuinely honest and trustworthy, and I would definitely return for any more Apple related repairs.
