I hadn't been to Lowe's before, but went today because I was looking for aromatic cedar panelling to line a closet, and they seemed to have the best deal and lots in stock. After looking myself and not finding it, I asked for help. The person I spoke to had no clue and asked someone else. He said "It's over there" with a general wave, so I asked which aisle specifically (having wasted enough time wandering around) and he said he'd walk me over. Then *he* asked someone for help, and that guy said, "I don't know, so-and-so is supposed to be here" at which point I gave up and left. Why do they not have an inventory system where they can look stuff up and tell you where it is? Or do they have a system and just not use it? I won't be going back to find out!
