  • Staffs are not friendly , every visit I have in his office it made me feel like I am a bother to them . When I came to have contacts fitted for the first time in my life one of the front personnel who suppose to be helping me came to me with a much more irritated look in her face , pointed me where to sit and told me to go ahead and start to put the trial contacts and she turned away and left me ..... I HAVE NO CLUE what to do since this is my first time using prescription contacts until the ophthalmologist told her its my first time and she did not even acknowledge her doing was rude and then another personnel came and help me and took me to the back office where first time patient getting contacts are being instructed how to put contacts on , and she had mentioned that the first lady was having a bad day because of her migraine .....please if you are not feeling well don't take it out on the patients. Also the couple of times I called in that office they are just so impatient and sound so irritated (i was calling to f/u if my rx glasses is available)Dr. Grant your employees does not seem to be happy working at your office . Bad customer service is all I have experienced from the front liners of this office.
